Rasida Anwar Rural Educational & Charitable Trust was established in 2010 to bring structured, compassionate, and multidisciplinary development to rural communities in West Bengal and across India.

Founded in 2010 in the rural heart of Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, RARECT was created to respond to deep-seated socio-economic disparities in rural education, primary health access, legal awareness, and agricultural productivity.
What began as local free health checkups and educational support for village children has grown into a structured charitable trust managing comprehensive rural programs. With operational leadership rooted in health sciences and law, our interventions combine scientific rigor with profound grassroots empathy.

Guiding RARECT since its inception in 2010, Sk Touhidul Islam combines clinical and public health expertise with legal knowledge to drive holistic rural grassroots development, rights awareness, and compassionate healthcare initiatives.

Dedicated to grassroots volunteer coordination, Santu Das actively manages field logistics, disaster relief distribution networks, and youth engagement across rural villages.
Atasi Giri
With professional expertise in science education and pedagogy, Atasi Giri leads teacher mentoring, women empowerment sessions, and child welfare initiatives at the trust.
